~Dream Flummox Rules and Guidelines~


~No Spamming~

Any post not relevant to the thread is considered spam.

Also One liners such as “uh-huh yep” is considered spam unless you post in the spam section or in otherwise more loose areas (like your welcome thread).

~Double Posting~

Please do NOT double post, there is an Edit feature at the bottom right of “posting window” if you forgot to add something in.

If it's been 24 hours and you have new information, you may post again.

~No Duplicating threads~

Use the search function to find the
correct thread/subforum you wish to post in. If none exists, then you may make a new thread.

~No Flamming/Trolling/Harassing Members/Staff~

Flaming means insulting another member or staff; and trolling is posting something with the intent to provoke flames. The prohibition applies to threads, posts, PMs, and VMs. Report threads, posts, PMs, and VMs violating this rule. Don't respond! Staff will deal with it.

~Multiple Accounts~

We will not tolerate users creating multiple accounts for any reason. Creating multiple accounts with malicious intent will result in a permanent ban of the multiple account, and a two month ban for the original. Ban evasion will result in a permanent ban of the original account and, if necessary, IP bans.

If you've created a multiple account and report it to staff before we discover it, we are more lenient.

~Offensive Material~

No content - textual, graphical, or otherwise ~ that is racist, pornographic (sexual activity), disturbing (like suicide, rape, or extreme violence), etc.
Children visit these forums, so keep things PG-13.
~ Cursing anywhere is also prohibited. Usually we simply delete it, but excesses result in bans. Nothing in usernames please.
~ Hentai / Porn are not permitted on Dream Flummox in any form: images, links, or downloads.

~Illegal Activity~

Requesting or providing copyrighted software, games, movies, etc, and encouraging others to break the law is prohibited. Do not attempt to pass someone else's work off as your own (e.g. graphics or creative writing). Rippers will be permanently banned.

~Language In Forums~

No chat-speak in any threads outside of the Spam forum! Use proper English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. If you aren't a native English speaker, just try your best. We aren't unreasonable. Native English speakers have no excuse, and we can tell if you are. If UR tIpIng laeK TH15 u need to change your writing. Only English should be used in the forums. If you wish to speak in a different language, take it to Virtual Messages, and the threads in the Spam section.

~Signature Requirements~

Keep signatures to a reasonable size - nothing that stretches the frame or takes ages to scroll past.
- The maximum size for a sigpic is 500px wide by 200px tall. Images larger than that must be hidden under [ SPOILER ] tags.
- Your total signature should not be larger than roughly 560 pixels wide by 400 pixels high.
- If you wish to have images and text outside of the max image size and signature size, keep them hidden behind [ SPOILER ] tags, and assure that your closed-up signature does not exceed the required limits.


Lastly, staff members reserve the right to take action against you or ban you at any time if they feel your behavior is detrimental to the forum. If you have concerns, you are free to PM a Staff Member to voice them.
